My most sincere congratulations to all members of this wonderfully dedicated team of friends.
However, it is such a pity that the WCG forum is now being spoiled by those who refuse to permit other teams to make recruiting posts without posting directly over the top of them in order to ensure that their own team remains at the top of the list. Because of that type of unsporting practice, and for no other reason, I will be leaving the WCG tomorrow. My very best wishes go out to all members of Dark Chocolate.  |

I'm sorry that you feel this way, and I'll make the assumption that you are talking about my team as we're quite chatty. This isn't done to be on top of any thing or to try and win anything. I can't think that any of our members have been recruited just from being at the top of the forum. Even if the forum didn't work in this way we would still be as chatty, it wouldn't bother me if our team thread was further down the list so long as I could find it. I would encourage you not to leave because of this. There are far better reasons for crunching these work units. Merlinus has come and posted his thoughts on the issue you mentioned in our thread and it was observed that the team threads are for "teams to communicate among members and recruit new members." This is a meeting place for our team members, you will see that very few of our messages are about recruiting, we just want to create a friendly community. I'm sorry the you begrudge us that. Again I urge you to reconsider. |

Lady Jane -- I understand your frustration, but please reconsider leaving the WCG. It isn't all about forums and teams. We are doing some very important work for humanity in here as well.
