been using this for awhile with no problems - today its stopped working - in the worldcommunity grid manager it came up to attach to project or account - I put in worldcommunitygrid and it then asked for username and pass - then on trying to connect it says error - Account manager error - file not found.
I went to website and logged in and it said something about I needed to change my email so I did that and all is ok there but I can still not connect, get any projects or do anything - all options are grayed out under projects and there are none or any tasks - no idea why its suddenly gone wrong or what to do now Help! thanks |

Try doing a Tools > Synchronize with BOINCstats - BAM, or GridRepublic, whatever 3rd party manager you've linked to your client. You can temporarily detach from the AMS and then attach to WCG, but if you've not set up WCG at the AMS to attach to a client by default, it may detach WCG if you put the AMS back and resync. --//-- [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jan 18, 2012 10:41:08 AM] |
