Being an 11 year survivor of bilateral renal cell carcinoma (RCC) I can relate to your feelings.
----------------------------------------It is good your wife's cancer was discovered early when it was treatable. Scars are a small price to pay in return for many years of good health. My prayers to your wife and family. I am hopeful that the work at WCG will help in finding the cure. The sooner the better. Until then crunch.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some battle.

Wow Hypernova - thank goodness your wife's melanoma was discovered early enough to be able to do something about it.
Living in a country with one of the highest incidences of Skin cancer scares me - because as a kid, I/ we never dreamed about the possible consequences of running around in swimmers and getting burned so often. I have recently acquired another referral to go to a Dermatologist to get checked over, and your post has prompted me to "hurry it up"... Stay safe and take care of her, Veebee |
