One shortly running GFAM WU and then suspended (LAIM on) is reporting 12 seconds of elapsed time and 15 minutes of CPU time. pushing this wu to run first.
----------------------------------------1 DSFL and 1 GFAM haven't checkpointed in >45 minutes. update: Looks like the above mentioned GFAM WU somehow lost the elapsed time of the first checkpoint. CPU time keeps being 15 minutes ahead of elapsed time. Apart from this, it's running fine, just had another checkpoint. Still got 1 GFAM with 67 minutes w/o checkpointing. Skipped several forward after letting the first run for 25 minutes. At 5 minutes Write to Disk setting, no checkpoints were logged.
herna, what would be interested is with LAIM off is to see if the task jumps back to zero or some other earlier value on restart. That will tell if the Write to Disk is working, just no checkpoints being logged. It's hard to simulate as BOINC is trained not to unload with LAIM off, long as first checkpoint is *not* stored. Mine did not unload after 27 minutes with LAIM off... meaning no checkpoint stored. --//-- |

Oh, first checkpoint at 34 minutes, with 1.93% progress. The stderr.txt file says there are 52 jobs in the task... that tallies with the % progress. Monsters?

Tried unloading with LAIM off with 2 GFAMs. It looks like they unloaded and properly restored from their last CP, but i'm not too sure.

Would like to get at least one for my IBM R40 laptop that I've had some stuck WUs on, but can't seem to get any BETA WUs. I've up'd the cache, nothing. Got two production GFAM WUs in my local cache already I haven't processed yet, don't want to abort them to clean my cache. I'll keep clicking ... Update ... Update ... Update ...

The monster just checkpointed after 1 hour 31 minutes. Claims to have 88 jobs.
