He-he I found the United Nations Building surroundings to be a neat campground.
I just checked it out in person smile

They had pulled down the flags for the weekend, tho, but come Monday, oooohh, it will be a pretty sight
- and hopefully tomorrow we'll see many tents of many colours also biggrin

I got a special permit for us to light campfires
- unfortunately that will keep all the NYPD and FDNY people in uniforms away ... well, well ...

Where one sets a tent is a personal thing. I don't know (and won't speak for the entire team) but I feel everyone is more than welcome.

So take the time, toss a stake or two into the ground and make yourself at home.

For those that choose this team as a resting place, I thank you.

The Base Campers' democratic decision is to make Crunching@EVGA the host of our New Years Trek.
This Trek is meant to celebrate an enthusiastic hard-crunching team that came blazing in just six weeks ago.

We reckoned we better do it now while you may still be able to notice we came and pulled a bit ....
