Please Check Your Setting for Number of Clean Energy Workunits Allowed

The Clean Energy Project can cause disruptive disk usage on some computers. As a result, we set the project to only issue one workunit at a time to participating members computers. We also created an additional setting that allows people to override that setting and accept however many workunits at a time that they want.

Unfortunately, due to a bug in the website code when we released the GO Fight Against Malaria project today, many people were set to accept 12 workunits at time. Since this can cause issues with some computers, we had to update the profiles to remove this setting. As a result, some people who had changed this setting to accept more workunits for The Clean Energy Project have been reset to the default value of one workunit at a time.

If you had changed your setting from the default, please go check the setting to see if you need to restore your custom selection. You can do this by going to:
https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewProfiles.do

Then select one of your profiles. On the page that is shown, choose the radio selection next to 'Custom Profile'. Almost at the bottom of the page, there is the option "Number of workunits per host for The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2?". Check that this is set to your desired setting.

Only those people who had changed the setting away from the default need to check. People who were using the default value will still be using the default value.
