Changing Profile

I am unable to customise the schedule. Ialter the settings and go to save but nothing ever changes! What am I doing wrong?

After you create a named profile with a new schedule, you have to select that profile for your computer. Your Agent will keep the old named profile until it uploads the results from your current work unit. Then it will download the new named profile with the next work unit.

So it is a 2-step process: first create the schedule then secondly, assign that schedule to your computer.

Yes. And the profile change won't appear in your agent until it contacts the server again... which is when it finishes the current work unit. If you absolutely must have it changed immediately, you can set the default profile to what you need and then uninstall the agent and reinstall it. This will make it communicate with the servers immediately and get the new settings. Unfortunately, the work performed on the current work unit would be lost and you would get no credit for that. So it is a choice between urgency and points.
