I know where you can grab a X5679 for $1150.00 if your interested. New. Got my first one from eBay for 1050. Since bulldozer kind of flopped, Intel prices went up a little. The X5670 is a 2.93 that turbos up to 3.33. Mine is crunching around 3.2 on win7 64. Plus it's 95 watts. Or wait for the new ones early next year. My second one comes in Monday. I'll be keeping this rig for awhile unless the next xeons have at least a 40% increase. IT Creations is who I have been dealing with.
