Picked up nine days so far of the 120 I need to hit Emerald. I guess I have at least five or six days left in PV. Could have been much worse, still a long trek.

19 hours of work needed to get a Bronze in Beta Testing. Seems like I have waited for many moons. Do I need to send some Swiss Cheese to a certain Swiss Cheese Account? Ciao for now ... Did you get any on this last go round? nanoprobe .... Mmmm, Beta! |

Congratulations Johnny Cool!
I see you now have the highly coveted Beta Badge! Until this year I was glumly getting 1 or 2 Beta units a year. Once WCG picked up a lot of members, Beta units seemed pretty hard to get. But with all the updating of existing project code that we have been doing, this year seemed like the early years. Lawrence |

What as also helped people get Beta WU's, is the change made some time ago, limiting the number of WU's/core - as that then didn't allow people to horde them, thus a wider spread of members got a shot at getting a few

Mmmm, Beta! Congrats.
In 1969 I took an oath to defend and protect the U S Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and Domestic. There was no expiration date.

19 hours of work needed to get a Bronze in Beta Testing. Seems like I have waited for many moons. Just 19 hours? Easy. Try using a P2 machine. :) I had a P4 melt down and put an old P2 motherboard in it temporarily. It took 99.82 hours on a recent beta WU. |
