Well - I thought I had joined a team. Its called WCG eh ?
So no progress on this then - it would be nice to hear something from someone 'official' on exactly why this is not provided, but I'm not losing sleep about it either. IMHO it just seems like an oversight. |

This is an old thread, but I was curious whether there had been any progress on WCG providing an easily printable certificate of completions ? The badges are cute, and the 'widgets' are useful but something I can hang on a wall would be nicer. I can make my own - but why isn't there something standard ? And I ask the same question again. Why isn't there an actual auto-generated WCG certificate that I can actually print ? I have yet to see an official response on this - only comments from other participants |

Does anyone actually put them on their wall or something? Most people just use a stats signature to show their contributions.

Well the sarcasm is cute, but not especially useful.
I could care less whether people here see what 'badges' I have - as you can tell from the number of posts I don't bother coming here very often as I generally find the forums are neither uiseful or friendly. I contribute cycles because it pleases me to do so - and yes, I do print off certificates for my den for other things I am involved with. I just can't do so with WCG which I consider to be a defect in an otherwise commendable project. |

It would be the one thing that could attract attention in an open office environment or on a school/class achievement/notice board and more places. Print and plaster.
