Then the problem may be with the website instead of the update process. Still, the website is wrong. External stats-sites uses WCG's BOINC-stats-dumps, and these is AFAIK still generated 4 times per day. A BOINC stats-dump runs completely in the background, and can run without disabling any of the various BOINC-services or web-pages (if WCG had been using BOINC web-pages that is). How often the various stats-sites grabs the updated stats varies between stats-sites, so there can be some variations between different sites. They're also often running off different time-zones, so that's produced "last 24 hours" and "last 7 days" and so on often also will variate between stats-sites. These web-pages on the other hand relies on WCG's "UD-dog-points", and for one thing these only runs 2 times per day, and AFAIK uses a different database from the BOINC-database for many of the things. Additionally the midnight-run interferes with normal operation of database, this amoung other things means web-site is unaccessible for 1-2 hours while these stats-runs is done. (it atleast often feels like 2 hours there you've not allowed to change your preferences...)  "I make so many mistakes. But then just think of all the mistakes I don't make, although I might." |

The midnight lock-out from My Grid section lasts from the moment it happens which can be as much as 15-25 minutes after the midnight UTC hour to My Grid being accessible approximately 1 hour later, often quicker. If it feels like 2 hours, then the biorhythm of the watcher is off. 2. The My Grid page is often updated substantially before the overall stats have completed. The portion to be seen updated are first the daily history, then My Grid, then the time-stamp when everything is complete included the global stats page. The analysis is for the moment that the project stats ran to full completion, except the pointer to the My Grid pages is still at the midday Saturday. We'll know at 12:30 UTC or there abouts for those to update with 24 hours of additional stats. Not looked at team stats, but presume they have not moved either, relying on the individual totals. Short, we'll know in 1 hour if it was self [silent] fixing glitch. --//-- Edit: As for validated results not having added, yes Legrandipou, the My Grid has not incremented, but my FireFox BOINCstats add-in and client project stats do. There was a deadlock on the USER_STATS table that caused different parts of the stats to not update correctly. We are working on this now.

Oddly, the daily history on My Grid was already current when knreed wrote in. Things look fine to me, and gained one spot in the ranking on the go.

There was a deadlock on the USER_STATS table that caused different parts of the stats to not update correctly. We are working on this now. Seems to be fixed now, the "My Statistics" page for me is updated this morning.But there still seems to be at least a lag in validating HPF2 WU's...  Ralf |
