After crunching WCG, my other internet addiction is going on live safari in Africa.
I hope some of you might enjoy a live African Safari too. Cheers Toss Djuma Safari broadcasts LIVE safaris daily from the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa. Every day three hour safari's begin at 0630hr CAT and at 1530hr CAT. The safari consists of a Presenter/Expert Ranger who drives around the reserve in an open Land Rover looking for animals both big and small. A camera person sits on the back of the safari vehicle and their camera is your eyes. This gives a fantastic feeling of actually being on the back of the vehicle as it bumps through the splendid African bush. If you want to ask a question of the Ranger in real time, you can email the question through to questions@djuma.com and the director may forward your question through to the ranger for a live response. Sabi Sands Game Reserve is one of the top locations in South Africa for viewing game. It is often possible to see the big five in one drive. That is lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant. There are numerous beautiful birds and a whole host of other smaller animals, and even interesting plants and insects. Outside of drive times you can enjoy the 24/7 live water hole cam and watch animals as they visit to drink, or observe the hippo's and other resident creatures. DRIVE SPECIFIC INFORMATION: 1.
