chrome links problem, is it wcg or me?

the lower links on this page work on my firefox, not on my chrome (including the 'here' links down the page) - also cannot type in search box

i think the links in other pages work ok in chrome, and the main links on top of the chrome page work ok also; just not the rest of the page.

Re: chrome links problem, is it wcg or me?

Just for heck, found the English Chrome download, confirmed to download, hugely disliked is starting the install before the scanner could check what arrived and loaded http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=bnc

Search box+'here' links work fine.

Then I killed a yellow bar offering to translate the page to my language, with an options filed far right, and then the function of the search/any link, even at top disappeared... as if looking at a picture rather than an active web page. You tell me what happened.

I'll further refrain on opining on this product, but an about box, even a menu I could not locate... which appeared hiding under the far right wrench icon.

--//--

edit: If I hit F5 to refresh the page, the translation proposal appears again, and then the page works again, until killing that bar.

edit 2: version 12.0.742.100 this is.

I've been able to reproduce in our development environment. We have logged it as a defect. It appears to be related to how Chrome is interpreting the CSS on that page.
