Some months ago thought to have seen a brief discussion on predicting when we'd reach 460,000 CPU years. Weeelllll, so happens that after 8 month hiatus I've revisited to below chart and brought it up to speed.
----------------------------------------What we see is that it need not much skill to predict as the speed up for five 10k steps stalled on flat 4 weeks exact, the last 10k up to 470,000 needing one more day, 29... Yes the NH summer slow down has come upon us somewhat earlier and for Texans allot earlier... biting bowl-dust. At any rate, back in November the calculation was for the big WCG 500,000 Milestone to happen somewhere early September... today it shows a few weeks earlier... who knows, on Ferragosto... August 15, when but for the cooks [those who prepare our pastas and antipastas], we're over-here all on the beach, the mountain alms or peddling at the lakes, to stay cool. Enjoy the long hot summer [interluded by a wet July for North-West Europeans], and if you de-dustbunny your comps, they might be able to do more in these months than last year. --//-- PS, it's crazy... the grass is growing maddeningly fast in our garden, despite the lack of rain, and always the weeds sticking out way up. By counting bags must have cleared 2 tonnes already this year... all going to the compostation plant. edit: "Lull" according Merriam-Websters... spellcheckers dont work on post titles!
