Output file absent

I recently got my first error on WCG after completing the computation.

5/16/2011 11:53:17 AM|World Community Grid|Computation for task ok002_00013_15 finished

5/16/2011 11:53:17 AM|World Community Grid|Output file ok002_00013_15_0 for task ok002_00013_15 absent

Below is the error log

I have had 3 WUs completed since then and everything was fine with the upload. I am currently only working on HPF2 (I also checked CEP2 but apparently my computer does not have the minimum requirements). So I would love to know is this is a one time error or if it can reoccur with future WUs and if there is anything I can do to prevent it. A few days ago on the 8th I had a virus on my computer and hopefully I have cleaned out all infected files. I am wondering if that has anything to do with this error but the WU in question was downloaded on the 15th. Thanks in advance for any helpful insights. I hope I have not forgotten to include any useful information.

Below is the message log

Re: Output file absent

Not sure if this explains the reason behind this error?

Re: Output file absent

Yes that does seem to explain it somewhat. My main concern was if it could be a reoccuring problem however in the WUs completed since then everything uploads correctly. So it appears that its just a random error that ruined my previously perfect streak. Hopefully I do not have any more errors in my WUs.

Re: Output file absent

This error:

ERROR:: Exit at: .\dock_structure.cc line:401

has become very rare to the point that the number has become so low, and not reproducible, it's not worth the time debugging. If they occur rarely, leave HPF2 selected. If frequently, deselect HPF2 in an additional device profile and associate the ''problem'' device with that profile.

The 401 error was found last year and after recoding about 90% of them disappeared. In place a new, much less showing

ERROR:: Exit at: .\dock_structure.cc line:711

came around, again not debuggable/reproducable in labs and usually happening within the first few minutes that HPF2 runs i.e, rarely causing significant loss of computing time.

Re: Output file absent

Wow that is quite an insightful explanation. You seem to know quite a lot about these errors. Have not had a reoccurance in the WUs completed since then. So i feel quite confident that its just a single low percentage event.

Re: Output file absent

there was a explaination awhile back with HPF and FAAH running on the same system producing this error.. running them on a seprate system seems to help out alot.. the error does pop up from time to time but much less frequently...
