Anyone know how far along this project is? Just switch to get 5 years completed. I have close to 3 years left to get done.

Open-ended is right! So far the Human Microbiome Project still has a lot of genomes of microorganisms that live in humans to analyze. So there are many new protein shapes for us to compute.

Borrowing your thread...
----------------------------------------On the status page there is a table with codes ranging from "oa" to "ok". I see we just started to crunch on "oi" so I am kind of wondering what will happen after "ok"? http://homepages.nyu.edu/~rb133/wcg/thread_2011_01_31.html ![]() Join The International Team: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/team/viewTeamInfo.do?teamId=CK9RP1BKX1 AMD TR2990WX @ PBO, 64GB Quad 3200MHz 14-17-17-17-1T, RX6900XT @ Stock AMD 3800X @ PBO AMD 2700X @ 4GHz |

This project is indeed open ended. However it will not continue forever. Someone looking for a guesstimate for long term crunching assumptions may want to look at the WCGAIRD located here. It is currently showing 437 more days, or an end date of 6/30/2012. This will likely change, but it may be useful for someone who does not want to assume there is infinite time left in this project.
