Loading BOINC client to a Windows 2003 server

Folks,

I am trying to load the BOINC client to a Windows 2003 server and I keep getting the message 'Failed to add user to the boinc_admins' group (Administrator) please help.

is it set up as a DC? If so, plz revert to version 5.10.45.
