E-Mail Information

First, I want to thank you for contacting me about work units. When I reimaged my system, I forgot to add World Community Grid to my projects. It has been added.

Here is the problem: when I tried to log on, I had forgotten my password and used the "Forgot Password" button to reset it. I never got the e-mails at the account where I got your notification that I was no longer submitting units. I was able to remember my password. I logged on to my account and confirmed that the e-mail address for the account was the one to which the missing units e-mail was sent.

I just logged on to an old e-mail account I use as a spam trap and the password reset e-mail responses were in that account. I do not understand why password resets were sent to a different e-mail address than the one listed on my account page. How can this be fixed?

Please forward both emails (password reset and the notification of that you had stopped contributing) to support@worldcommunitygrid.org. That will give us the information we need to answer your question.
