Hi Guys,
I have completed a number of results for the clean energy project phase 2 recently but my stats on the webpage are not being updated? I am stuck at 13 days and 6 hours, even though i have completed several several results since first reaching that point. Any ideas? |

Have these WU's been validated, or are they still in the Pending Validation stage?

The stats on the website are updated (roughly) every 12 hours so changes are not immediate. Also, credit for run time on a work unit isn't granted until the work unit is validated which means waiting for the second copy of the work unit which was sent to a different user to be returned so it can be compared to your result. You can check on the status of your recently returned work units by clicking on My Grid -> Result Status (on the left). Seippel |

Most work units have a 10 day deadline. Occasionally, the copy sent to your wingman (the person who has the duplicate unit) is not returned in time and a repair unit is generated. So it's possible for it to take close to two weeks for a particular result to validate. This is the extreme case, but 4-6 days is not uncommon.

chambers53, could you please come back and provide some evidence to back up your concerns - such as screen dumps, details of WU's which you've returned and don't appear to have updated the Stats totals on your totals page, as well as confirmation that those WU's have indeed, been through the Pending Validation stage and are now Valid.
----------------------------------------I can see from the Member Compare page, that (at this precise moment), the last WU you returned (and by definition, was validated) was on the 06/04/11 15:58:38 - was this a CEP2 WU?, and if so, can you please have a check as to what your overall Stats are showing now and again after the next Stats run has completed, which will begin at 0:00 UTC in approx. 6 1/2 hrs time. |

I have since completed another WU and have been credited for that.
But i do not have screen dumps for the two WUs that I completed before and apparently did not get credited for because they are no longer on my screen. how ever, my lasted completed WU has been credited, so the issues may have resolved itself. |

chambers53, if you go into 'My Grid' 'Results Status', all the WU's which have been allocated to you in recent times will be visible (that is, unless they themselves have been removed off onto the main database). Here, you may find that there are one (or more) of those WU's still awaiting Validation (i.e., in Pending Validation) - in which case, you'll only get credited for them, once they've been through the validation process.
