Both 6 hrs. but Big point gap ?

I did the _1 in 6.01 hours same as wingman with _0 , but got less points than
wingman claimed and wingman got more points than my machine claimed...
It seems like usually the points awarded are in between the two claimed.
Is it just me or does this seem unusual ?
