It did, from 1.2d to 1.3. I didn't want to change it to 1.3a. ![]() But I was talking about your globe. ![]() |

Hi there, I'm trying to get your tool working on my PC, but i always get an error message seems to me like it doesn't like my login name ;-) any solutions except changing my name? I just need to add a function call to escape the regexp characters. Obviously, I wasn't expecting screwy characters in the user name. I'll try to get an update posted tonight. I just posted 1.3.1.
----------------------------------------It should fix the special characters problem. It also allows a new setting to retrieve only valid workunits. |

Hi piroque,
----------------------------------------Is there any way to purge all old valid workunits that have completed? I can see in the "Purge Records" dialog box that I can purge various types of error/invalid/aborted/etc types, but not wu's that have completed normally. I also tried to highlight individual wu's and clicking on "Delete Record" but that does not seem to work for me. This would be especially useful with HCC GPU wu's which are beginning to accumulate. I'm running ver. 1.3.1 Thanks for your hard work. This App rocks! ![]() ![]() |

gomeyer, I wanted to do this once after I reconfigured some of my crunchers in order to get a new baseline. What I did was uninstall/reinstall the program.

. . . What I did was uninstall/reinstall the program. That's one approach. I also considered deleting the data files and let the program run "for the first time". I guess I'll wait to see what the author recommends. ![]() |

Can only speak for my own install of WCGDAWS, but the databases and their backups are stored in the same directory. They are called
----------------------------------------Workunits.dat Workunits.dbk Workunist.idx Each time a purge is done of selected results, a backup is made with incremental number as in Workunit-backup1.dat. This allows to revert to a previous db in case the fat finger did something. So the story is, delete the active Workunits.dat or rename [when the program is not loaded], and the WCGDAWS creates a new one. A purge function based on "older than", has been silently on my wishlist. :D [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 5, 2012 4:27:16 PM] |
