HPF2 upload error: "Error reported by file upload server: EOF on socket read"

Uploaded more than 100 task, but this one is erroring
suspendind/resuming network activity and restarting of Boinc/ whole OS does not help.

Know this was discussed, but only for CEP2 recently.
