What does that button say on the left in the view "Show All Tasks" maybe?

The names of the downloaded DDDT2 files (for several other sciences too), are not the same in the message log as what you see in the Tasks tab... so did you match log time with time of deadlines of jobs on the Tasks tab? The Result Status page names are definitely same as what is shown on the Tasks tab of the BOINC Manager. Sometimes a client looses pieces of downloads, but then something would show in the message log and on next client update these would be fetched.

For sure, there are no phantom WU's, 100.%, so you're overlooking something.

edit: Take a copy of the WU lines on the RS pages of those you dont see on the client for your own reference. You know the size of your device cache, so in that amount of time, the results will be send back or after, expire in 10 days for submission.

To follow from my previous post, provide copy of:

1. Result Status page that lists those WU's
2. Copy of the message log that shows them downloaded to that device (stdoutdae.txt file).
3. Screenshot of the Tasks view that shows all, including the deadline column.
4. Tell us your time offset from UTC time that your system runs at.

Then we can reconstruct.

We, except Techs, cannot see other members result status page details!

No idea what to do with this.

1. The log file stdoutdae.txt starts on the 7th, where those jobs were assigned at 17:30 UTC on the 3rd. Plz visit the stdoutdae.old file and scan for those phantom results.

2. The log does suggest the client is working, but you have a complete blank Tasks view in screenshot.png. Are there no tasks presently assigned?

3. What is the cache setting of this client?

4. Can you post a copy or screenshot of the Result Status page of task:

5. Does the RS pages show any other "In Progress" tasks assigned to this client currently, not showing in that "screenshot.png"... well per point 2, there are none.

There is also BAM showing in the log which increases the variables of what could have happened for these results to disappear.

One thing needs to be said: The client and server compare assignments. If tasks during contacts are not there on either of the 2 sides, the result would be flagged and things like "lost, resend" or "client detach" would be recorded. Tend towards to just let it be and let them expire. Point 4 above might give me a specific answer though.

6. If you visit the RS page and hit the drop down box for device name, is there just one sparkler-1 virtual machine... was that host that fetched those 3 results maybe lost completely in that virtual environment?
