I wouldn't be so quick to restrict those who can post to those with non-zero RAC. You need to allow first time users to post - they could have questions before they got any credit such as this one or have set up issues that they want resolved. Or those who want to ask questions prior to joining WCG.
Maybe a better restriction is to limit those with zero RAC to perhaps 3 posts per day? |

If only our forum can adapt the functionality of standard boinc forum that you cannot post with zero RAC. I am not aware that this is a standard Boinc functionality; in other forums you can post before you have any credit or any rac.
