BOINC reports that I don' have enough bandwidth for CEP2 WUs. I've tried making a cc_config.xml file in my BOINC data directory, set to only DL one WU at a time. It's still not letting me get any WUs. This is my last resort as I've been working on this for the past 2 hours with no luck.
