Is this possibly related to the filesystem work?

WCG has been up and down for routine, scheduled maintenance. It has not yet completed.

Watch those deferral counters incrementing **... before you know it your client does not get to report anything more today, so if you're buffered up, set your client to a scheduled connect and enter for instance not to try again until say 22:30 hours. How this works on the local prefs network tab:
----------------------------------------- Enter general connect time from 00:00-00:00 - Enter for Friday or Saturday, depending on where you are relative to Friday UTC time 22:30-23:59. For me 1 hour east of UTC that is from 23:30-01:00 - On the Activity menu select "Network based on preferences" Now the client stops running these retries hitting the servers and by the time everyone else is done, your clients do a smooth upload. ** mine is now showing in the Project tab as being deferred by 3:47 hours meaning already this client will not connect until after WCG midnight stats close time, so done what I most always do during server work.
