How points are allocated in this project

I'm curious as to how points are allocated in this project. Above are BOINC results from the last two WUs I returned. Both were single-validation, so no wingman's results to affect point allocations. In both cases, my computer finished all 255 dockings in similar amounts of CPU time and requested similar points. However, the points awarded were very different.
