Hello Kenneth Larsen,
That is a lot that you have done.

Could you give us some more details about the problems that you are having downloading? Just pick one machine and post the types of errors and which project for each error. Then do a reboot for that machine and post the Messages tab after the reboot.

I'll pick the one I have running here, the other one I can only manage via SSH and Boinc Manager.
Since I've just detached/reattached WCG to it this morning, I went directly to rebooting (well, I cheated and just restarted the Boinc script), and these are the messages I receive (bear in mind that I run many other projects on this machines trouble-free):

Sun Oct 31 18:07:04 2010	http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/	Sending scheduler request: Requested by user.
Sun Oct 31 18:07:04 2010	http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/	Not reporting or requesting tasks
Sun Oct 31 18:07:05 2010		Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site
Sun Oct 31 18:07:05 2010	http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/	Scheduler request failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates
Sun Oct 31 18:07:06 2010		Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down.

So it would seem the "peer certificate" is the problem...
