Hello, after installing World Community Grid sw in my new machine, I don`t see any points on My Statistics for my surprise, even after more then 1 hour engaged in several projects. Could you pls check what is happening? I tried the troubleshooting option, but everything seemed to be ok no error message received

Hi Carolina,
----------------------------------------Firstly, if you go to My Grid, Results Status, you should be able to see the status of the WU's your machine is currently or has recently processed. Only when results are in the Valid status and there's been a Statistics update after those WU's have turned valid (the statistics are run twice a day, at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC), will they show up on your Statistics page. On your Results Status page (which you can sort/filter), you may see various results either in Pending Validation or Inconclusive (the former is waiting on a 'Wingman' to return their results, and the latter is waiting for another copy to be returned) before your's can be validated. If there are any other status' (other than 'In Progress'), then there may be another issue to resolve - in which case, come back and let us know what you find. BTW, welcome to the forum   |

Not sure if it's something related to the Login ID - in the team IBM Brasil - Global Command Center, we have:
1. Carolina Dalloca (the Login ID of the OP); and 2. Carolina Dall Oca (a Login ID similar to 1) However, the second Login ID hasn't returned anything since 2008/1/25, so I'm not sure if that's the Login ID you're seeking for... |

Hi Carolina good morning and welcome to the forum !
----------------------------------------So, if both account ID's mentioned by Moonian are yours, you can select the old one for example (that have statistics since 2008 despite be inactive for long time), and just give up from the other. You can have any number of machines with BOINC client installed under the same WCG account ID. If you lost your password from any account, you can recover at WCG start page were you will find an option to do it associated with login option. Merge of accounts aren't allowed in WCG, so you will need choose just one to colaborate or if desired, have more than one with distincts ID's. Additionally, you can change/rename your account ID's. This option allow you liberates any ID just changing for any other, and after it you can use the libertared ID to rename the preferred account (for example)... If you are Brazilian (I guess...) and would like to have help in Portuguese, please feel free to follow our team thread through the link bellow (despite of be from another Brazilian team), and were you can find a lot of tips and informations and suggestions to help you improve your performance or be aware about updates in WCG projects (or just contact me here or by MSN - see my profile).
