Running, High Priority

I am seeing two new messages. Just interested what it means. All is working well.

Running, high priority

and

Waiting to run

I would guess looking at the statistics that in fact some tasks got set aside for some more important ones.

Am I right? New to me.

Re: Running, High Priority

Depends on many factors, to name a few the Cache/Buffer size, the connect frequency and the time that the client has been crunching in the last couple of days... and if any changes were made to the preferences.

Leave the client alone and let it run, then BOINC will adjust to the perceived ''changed''conditions it encountered and eventually switch back to complete the "waiting to run" and the straight "running" status.

cheers
