Hi friends...
----------------------------------------Reading the recent posts, I see diets and weight loss are mentioned a bit. Is anyone interested in a weight-loss challenge of sorts? Thx ![]() |

Would have been last year, but lost most of my excess pounds this year. Need to lose another 10lbs though, so anything to help with motivation...

Dieting is not everything... get up and do a walk, mow the garden by hand rather than sitting on the tractor, OR... get off the diet soda-pops... I did years ago for another another reason [not trusting aspartame], and lost 2kg in just a week without doing anything else and after 6 months felt so much better, to continue on and working to loose 14kg down to 68 [which upset my doctor], so it's now trundling around 75kg (165 lbs or so). From CBS News: New study is wake-up call for diet soda drinkers
