Install fail Win7 Ult 64 - error 1335

When I try to install the client on my new laptop, it fails with a 1335 error. If I press ignore, I receive an "Internal Error 2350". I had this error when trying to install 6.2.28. I gave up for a while. I hoped that the new version would fix my issues, but I get the same behavior with 6.10.58.

Setup
Win7 Ultimate 64bit (up-to-date)
Norton Antivirus (up-to-date)
6GB ram (4 + 2)

Attempted Fixes
*Installer unblocked
*Installer marked as trusted for Norton
*Removed 2GB stick of memory and tried to install with just the 4GB stick (some advice said unbalanced ram could cause 1335)
*Run as administrator
*Memory checked (no issues)
*msiexec /unregister then msiexec /regserver

I would really like to get the client running on this machine. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Hi,

Are you saving the downloading installer first before trying to run it as admin?

Suggest you clean out the temp directories and browser cache, boot and re-download to a different location. Cant find much but the suggestion that something is wrong with your hardware/system.

Here's one search hit that has both these warnings in the subject: http://www.computing.net/answers/windows-7/er...-programs-in-w7/3130.html
