Wouldn't it be more efficent to merge all the boinc project to world community grid???

Not really.WCG is a project that hosts projects related to Humanitarian causes such as diseases.It wouldn't be understandable that for example Milkyway@home came to WCG.

Yep, contimplating the cosmos has little to do with curing cancer, fighting aids, curing MD, producing clean water..., and frankly I don't much care for the efforts to find ET or count Pi, let alone doing it here.
