Re: [RESOLVED] WHat is the difference between HPF2 and Rosetta?

Dear Members,

As you know we do not allow intolerance and personal attacks in our forums. You have plenty of other avenues for these types of discussions. We appreciate all our members and thank you all for your dedication to advancing science to help humanity.

Tedi

Tedi,
So essentially what your saying is that nothing negative can ever be said on this forum on any subject?
That's not real world my friend.
I used no foul language just expressed my feelings honestly based on what I'd seen with my own eyes.
If that breaks any set of rules on this forum then maybe you should take a look at those rules again as expecting people to only post positives in this world that has plenty of negatives is totally unrealistic.
Perhaps you should ask yourself " Gee, Dave is usually a pretty positive guy here on WCG so maybe there is some truth to what he says"
Thanks for reading.

Tedi,

what are you talking about? Obviously a post has been deleted, so I would like to know what was so bad about it. Censorship without a good reason is something I would not expect from a project like WCG.

Regards,
Martin

Dear Movieman, you may make a point about a subject without denigrating a person or belief. As I mentioned, we appreciate all our members who donate their computer cycles to advance science. Thank you.

Tedi;
I understand your thinking and beleive me, I do try and post 99.9% of the time in a positive manner but I'm human with all the positives and negatives that brings.
This is one of the few things in life that "gets my Irish up" as the saying goes so I spoke my mind based on facts as I saw them.
If society as a whole were to follow the comment you made above newspapers wouldn't be allowed to post the names of known sex offenders but they do and why? For the good of society as a whole even though it holds one person up to public scrutiny.
That's not a perfect analogy but close enough to make my point.
Now I've said what I wanted to say and even though most of it has been removed I'm not upset with you as I understand your mindset.
Time to move on to positive things like what the heck is going on with the stats? biggrin
Also remember the line" Beware the ides of March?"
Change that to November1-8..
XS is going to do another "Push" as we did in May.. wink
