I hope the diamond badge representation at the bottom of the signatures is self explanatory enough. I figured combining the diamond with the colors we all know would set them apart nicely. So diamond+bronze = 5Y, diamond+silver = 10Y, diamond+gold = 20Y, diamond+ruby = 50Y and diamond+emerald = 100Y. ...why not make the figure in the Globe match?  |

If case you don't know, NI stands for Northern Ireland.
