As the Computing for Clean Water project has kicked off I was amazed to find one of my computers basically out of work. It turns out that yet again I've not been 'opted in' on a new project despite having everything set to opt in.
----------------------------------------Now that I've visited 'My Projects' and ticked the project box, I am getting work fine. I don't really want/need a reply, this post is just a heads-up for the admin/techs that something is still off with the settings. MacD, the script per post by Uplinger will take about 3 hours and was only just started... testing the waters by those tha manually opted in ;>)
----------------------------------------How your computer was yet again out of work is a miracle..., unless you opted to only receive work from intermittent sciences and beta.

You missed CEP2 but yep, that's my current setting. Unfortunately my collection of BOINC projects all seem to be running slightly dry at the moment so I was getting very low when I looked... Thanks as always for the rapid response. |

Yes, CEP2 selected on windows machines will have given you "this app is not available for this platform" or something similar.
----------------------------------------To confirm, I left one dormant profile (home) untouched and looked just in to see that C4CW has been auto-selected.

The CEP2 is there for my linux machine. ![]() Oh, and I've changed the title to show that there's no problem. (I assume the script does/will work!) |

(I assume the script does/will work!) ... which is why I've got the linux box assigned to the school profile and the windows attached to the work profile ;>) And thanks for marking the title [RESOLVED] (Now it's back to Pelham 123, the remake. 10m+1 cent, as broker fee)
