Re: i'm not judging...

I need a bath, which would you prefer???

All we need, is patience - science can not be rushed!!!!

I have been patient through May, June, and July, and I finally got some work units in August. I now have a Total Run Time of 0:002:21:33:13 and 21 results returned. I am tired of being patient, but I do not intend to give up, yet...

There are limits though.

Re: i'm not judging...

Let me get this straight: WCG has launched 16 researches / is now preparing the launch of the 17th because twiddling thumbs whilst the scientists of the still full and intermittently running sciences are as busy as beavers and you feel your patience is tested to what consequence... is there the missing word "pack" before the "up"? I guess there's a subtlety somewhere there that is entirely lost on me in translation. Let's give this a rest and come back when they [DDDT2] appear effortless in your client's queue, the prime objective, to get the scientists the computational assistance as and when needed.

PS, I think by the end of the year we could be running 9 or 10 sciences concurrently, but that's optimistic... let the WCG staff do their job.

thanks

Re: i'm not judging...

Thanks Sekerob. I made one change to My Projects to uncheck the item to get work from other projects. It took awhile, but I just checked and I have 41 WUs waiting to run. I will have to keep my eye on this to make sure I don't run and manipulate what is active on a computer by computer basis if we have a dry spell.
