----------------------------------------Unfortunately, My internet is down, and I didn't have a couple days in que... So hopefully I get it up and running and I'll load about 3 days worth. I had Monday off, was sitting getting ready for an all day gaming session, internet went out, sat on the phone with the techs for an hour, but their systems were down. There is no justice some days. Maybe today when I get home it will reset. Hope I dont have to have a tech come out   |

Hopefully in 3 hours I'll have my hands on a new modem,
----------------------------------------they gave me one still registered to another customer... So why can't they change it instead of making me drive to their store, I have no idea. Anyway if I want online I need to go so I go... what I do for crunching  Ok, and video games, and my phone line (the magic jack), and facebook for the wife etc. etc. etc. |

Bummer Jack007....It does seems like they should be able to configure it remotely... Anyway like you say if you want it you have to do it their way....Wishing you the best in getting back online...take care !!!
