i'm still getting and have been for about 5 hours

i have 2 tasks pending upload.. and almost out of my pre-downloaded ones

just try to update again (under the project tab), everything seems to be working for me.

yeah the update button was producing that message. But I did stumble upon how to relink the server.
it seems that i had a power outage myself and it disrupted that machine (only that machine oddly enough) and it got set to not connect with the network.. i clicked the "connect network now" (which i've never seen before in the file menu) and then had to tell each of the pending uploads to try again and only Then would the update button actually report the tasks.. I doubt anyoen can learn somethign from this but i guess it's always a good idea to know what Every option in the menus do (and don't do) thanks for your time anyway anhhai :) |

I had a similar problem when the uploads weren't working and I wasn't getting any downloads, but this was when AT&T had a problem with the connections. After cleaning those, I haven't had any more problems. I have used "Do network connection" as well as the Transfers panel to continue an upload. I normally only have to highlight one work unit to restart all of the uploads. The only other thing I do from time to time is check to see if I have completed WUs not being reported, and if so, I use Update.
