Hi. My BOINC Manager is working fine with Help Conquer Cancer. However, I checked off Clean Energy Project Phase II in 'My Projects', it's still checked off, but nothing else is happening, i.e., no work, results.
Do I need to re-install BOINC Manager to get it started? Thanks, grog1 |

Hi,
----------------------------------------Are you on Linux (sorry for the duh question)? If so, have you tried the specific device profile (default is the standard). The website profile operates entirely separate from the client, sciences only selectable in the device profiles or My Project, i.e. reinstalling the client makes no difference. edit: Can you please post the start up message log from the client... some 30 lines, so we can see the set up and also what it says when work is requested.

It's where you got those task start lines, just scroll to the top and post a good chunk... (I should have written °of the client" rather than "from the client".)

Yes, CEP2 has not been released yet for Windows. Was unaware that the webmaster had disabled the box for devices that are not identified as Linux. Before you'd get a message in the client to say it's not yet available.
