A bunch of repair jobs yesterday

Anybody else got a bunch of repair jobs yesterday? I got somewhere in the neighborhood of 30-50 yesterday. Repair jobs are ones that need to be done in 4 days. It is fine with me, since most of my jobs are done within 1 day

Re: A bunch of repair jobs yesterday

Not sure if they do go in bursts, but sometimes being in the right place, right time and calling more than usual amount of work they seem to pile in in groups. The Reliability class is presently in pursuit of DDDT2 A Type jobs I suspect, so guess that those who don't may get more of the repairs.

Just a guess worth less than 2 cents (Euro) :D

Yes, I've had quite a few repair jobs (and quite a few stuck in PV jail for very long periods) with HCC.

To me, I don't know why people seemingly have huge caches of HCC work, as they're so short... Having just switched to HCMD2, that project doesn't seem to suffer the same fate as much.

Re: A bunch of repair jobs yesterday

I have some in PV for 5days. I guess it's long because of failures and suspends; looking for 2 Valids from a replication of 2 is always going to result in a few errors, and as you say they are small, so we do get through many. I expect people recently bumped their cache up, manually suspended some, and aborted others, in order to work on the Betas and DDDT2 WU's before their wing men reached the Minimum Quorums.

Picked this one up overnight,
