We have a new country flag waving in the internet breeze

It's a Welsh one belonging to Peter2005 smile

I've updated Peter2005's and FreeBee's member pages take a look. FreeBee's PC has undergone a serious overhaul we should see him challenging Frans and nl59056 soon in the Netherlands wink

A big hugs to Esteban69 a great first days clutch of points. I'm sure yesterday your device total was 4 but it's now 6 already!! Our recent recruits are a committed bunch team watch out. Please could you drop me an email and I will update your member page for you. My email address can be found on the teams website.

It was very close yesterday against TW we managed to pull out 2680 points on TW the day before but they got 2382 of them back yesterday. Let's see what tonight brings. I've got one on 75% after 23 hours on a 3000+ Sempron I think that will be one for tomorrow sad

Graham I've racked my brain but no comedy captions come to mind. Our cats have just brought in a great big Toad and they are all making squeaking noises at it. Cats are amazing they don't just Meow. That cat picture Jess has it (the one now in the cage) and it's caption was "This cat saw you naked last night"

It's finally too hot to keep those PC's running in the UK - the 18th June and finally we have a warm day biggrin
Don't go switching off - Open a Window
I'd recommend XP with SP2 wink

Take care
Dave

Re: Flags Flags Flags Get them, Stick them, Be Proud of them

I did have a US flag a long time ago, I burned it .

That's why the US flag is sold the most in the world. laughing

If you cross the border from Canada we will need to arrest you, eh?

U.S. flag proudly waving and not on fire.

Rejean --

I do not understand why you go out of your way to offend others, some of whom are your own team mates. Please extend the same courtesy to my country and its symbols that I feel I extend to yours and all others represented on our truly international team.

Thanks.

Now now all you nice people, I was sure you had developed some sence of humor after TW arrival on WCG. wink I supposed they will have to come back for some more teaching. confused

Many of you often use smilies to show the humor that can't be transmited just with the writing. You should look at them too. you know.

A good friend of mine just left here for his home in California. During his 1 1/2 week we spent working together we did exchange jokes on both the US and Canada. Did I meet the only American that can laugh at himself and his government. I sure can laugh at mine. All polititians are clowns. They are less faithfull then a rented dog.

Now does this put your little pride at ease. I sure hope so. After all it was the american that had a canadian flag upside down in a parade and the next day we had the americans at home and no riots, just imagine.

And Dave, no I do not get out of my way to offend anyone. But I just could not resit Paws thread. I suppose it was too easy. But man are you jumpy sick

Regards .

Daj, thanks for the warning. If I ever have to go down south again, I'll change my name to something less conspicuous. Like George or Arnold
or Bin tongue or better Mr Bean biggrin

Just keep buying those flags. People in Asia are making a living out of them. It is so patriotic to buy from Asia when your own clothing manufactures are all closed down. I know it is not your decision where those flag come from it is those rented dogs that make all the decisions.

Keep on crunching and keep reading those TW threads wink EH...

Flags

I'm not going to get into the flags debate. If you have a look at the world on the team website you will see there are no borders as you look down on our tiny blue planet from above and this is the World Community Grid. It's just nice to use the flags to show just how widespread we are around this globe each of us contributing in our little part to this great project. I'd like to see plenty more of them from countries we have yet to have represented.

I'll shut up now happier post below

Sorry -- I guess I didn't get down to the smiley. My mistake -- all is forgiven.
