bionc not conecting to client "not connected to computer"

ok so I was trying to insdtall the latest 6.10.XX client and it kept screwing up with WCG. so I went back to the wcg bionc and not im getting this error after reboot:

cant connect to wcg or anything for that matter. im stumped, irritated and cannot find anything. its odd actually because any other time I installed bionic it asked for a username and all that but this time it didnt.

It looks like
- either the boinc.exe client is not running
- or the user which runs BoincMgr is not authorized to control it.

Which options have you selected at installation?

And to make sure, which BOINC version is it?
Also, I assume from your picture that it is under a Windows system but it is always simpler to avoid assumptions... smile
