How do I add a device to my profile? Specifically, a friend of mine wants to add his PC to my profile so that he can crunch but under my name. He wants me to receive any points that he accumulates.

Have him install BOINC and then attach to WCG. When he attaches to WCG, he needs to enter your username and password.

There's a so-called weak account key that facilitates attaching to someone else's account without having to release the password, thus preventing any [inadvertant] account modification. It is found on My Grid > My Profile near the bottom and starts with the WCG account ID.
