Ever since the server problems of the 24th most of my downloads time out. Mostly the larger ones. I am here at a remote site running though a dial-up that at best gives me 3kb. I know that is not much but I have had no problems in almost 3 years running this program. I reinstalled the program, just in case with no change. I run a i7 W/4 gig of ram on Win7 and it runs flat out all the time with no problems. We here have always run though a satellite so the lag time is high, but again, I have never had a problem in the past.

I notice that the files that are not being downloaded are from the Human Proteome Folding-Phase 2.6.17.

Hello,
Since early this morning, I've got error messages when trying to connect to server : "5/28/2010 10:12:52 AM|World Community Grid|Scheduler request failed: Failure when receiving data from the peer"... My BOINC is behind a firewall, but even when connecting to a WiFi hot spot, and adapting my connection parameters, I've still got the same message. Any idea ? Thank you. |

Hi !
Thanks for the link, but I found out that my provider firewall blocked some ports. They repaired. Thank you very much. zP |
