Ha ha ha ... can’t put anything past you guys.
---------------------------------------- Some records just need breaking.  Thought I would camp for a few days if no one minds. Perhaps MOT can set a few new records. Just cranking up ... you know the mandatory WCG PV jail sentence (and crappy credits).  Summertime Let’s have some fun before it gets too hot for me to play. a couple of wu's won't upload.. when I go to do it manually, it still "backs off" and won't upload.. any ideas?

The only time that I have seen this sort of thing in recent years anyway the problem turned out to be a problem with the internet connection. Was this on the same machine that you used to post this message?

When the upload fails, there should be messages that describe the problem. If you're using the BOINC "advanced" view, they will be on the MESSAGES tab. What does it say?

I have a couple of WUs on several of my machines that are in the same conditon. "Status" "Uploading". I wonder if I have to shut down BOINC and restart it to get thise to upload. (Subsequent WUs on these machines have uploaded correctly). Around the end of next month, we'll hit half a billion points, RT is closing in on Gerald, RT should also hit one million results any day now, we now have a target for daily points of 600K, plus we're curently working towards a pace to do 175 million this year. Camp for as many as you can stand!  |
