Re: out of work/ any new project news

So, do you want me to keep crunching the few (50 on different systems) NRW WU that I have left?
Or return them for others to reach their targets?

Re: out of work/ any new project news

For those of you few that still have results left to process, they way it works is as follows:

1) Please let them run. We estimate how many results we need to send based on a limited run for each workunit. This limited run generates the 'child' workunits that allow us to reach the 120k seeds required. If there is a sudden increase in aborted workunits then our estimates will be off.

2) Once a workunit has 'validated' then no more repair jobs are sent. I just checked the database and all workunits have completed initial validation. That means that there will be no more jobs distributed for Rice. At this point we are waiting for all jobs already distributed to be returned so that we can gather the data and return it to the researchers.

Those results left out there are needed so please let them run and complete. Each result is computing unique data which the researchers need and will use.
