Think maybe a blockage.
----------------------------------------cannot get it to change project profiles,still getting selections from previous options. Do not have get other work box checked. ----------------------------------------Is it the case that your changes are not saving or they've saved but not taking effect? If latter, yes it seems sometimes the messaging queue stalls. The techs have to manually reset to get it moving again. Probably best to get attention is to send a mail to support@worldcommunitygrid.org. If it fixes itself later, please edit you opening post and insert [RESOLVED] in the title... then we have one worry less.

TylerChris, although it's not quite the same as changing the Device Profiles, I've just successfully gone in and changed my Project Profiles selection. So, if you're still having challenges and your machine(s) are running out of WU's, that's certainly an option you can use.

The changes were accepted but were getting the old selection for a few hours all appears good now ,tks for replies
