<---- Runs in and jumps on top of the pile. I just got tired of trying to get DDDT2 WU's and have switched exclusively to NRW to try and scoop up a ruby badge before work runs out! Still operating with no cache though, I really think caching is a bogus approach and simply postpones the project end date.

Arjan,
Usually when I post about a project like this, it is to tell when the last of the new work will stop being sent out. This is usually when members start seeing no new work available. We estimate for the NRftW project to take about 20+ days for work to come back. So even though the last new work unit was sent, you'll probably still be able to get some for the next few weeks after that has been sent. -Uplinger |

Any alteration to the estimate of the last new work being sent to machines around the 23rd?

Continuing on 0.2% per day, there's 6-7 days left, but if you give us your last 5 RICE results received, not completed, we can refine the guess a little. I've stopped fetching work from this project some weeks ago, hence the question.

Doesn't sound like I'm going to make it to Sapphire :( Will probably need more like 10-14 days. If you're that close, don't give up hope until all hope is gone - as, many people are pulling out of NRW, thus extending the project ever so slightly. Also, don't forget, there could well be some make-up WU's available to pick up (although, due to the nature of the project, not as many as per usual)  Thus, keep a close eye on your progress and constantly calculate and re-calculate your requirements. You never know, with a careful cache balancing act, you may just do it  |
