This is mine:
2/9/2010 7:53:07 PM||General prefs: from World Community Grid (last modified 23-Jun-2007 21:17:56) 1969 is the beginning of time in the peculiar way that computers keep track of the calendar. This date will change if you ever change the website preferences to run full speed instead of 60% speed (the default). Lawrence |

Actually, I've been running full speed for quite some time. I knew the date was something like that, because I was fooling around with the Windows API in VB to change file times a few years ago, and I could only go back so far.
Just wondered. ![]() |

The date is 1-1-1970 00:00:01 UTC, a nix thing, littlepeaks' computer time setting some hours earlier of UTC (7), placing him somewhere left of the mid west (when looking on a map ;>)
----------------------------------------Running full speed where 60% would be website profile default for "Standard" would then probably overridden by the local prefs. The minutiae of crunching at WCG
